Bradoria's journey began when our founder, Jenny Xu, struggled with insecurity over her body and bought a simple bodysuit back in 1994. It was uncomfortable, too tight, and expensive — she wore it once before vowing never to buy one again. In 2003, she tried a slimming injection that caused a hormonal disorder. Nearly giving up on ever feeling confident, she stumbled upon shapewear in Hong Kong later that year. It was love at first fit. Invigorated to share this with other women, she became a reseller. When she moved to the US in 2007, she brought the shapewear with her, opening her first retail store in Brooklyn, NY. Over the years, the brand grew to 6 stores across New York and California, complete with a lingerie fashion show in NYC. Today, Bradoria has emerged — rebranded and synonymous with offering the finest bras, shapewear, and professional body fitting services.
