Return Policy for Bradoria Items

We hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Any unwashed, unworn item purchased from our store may be exchanged with original tags and receipt within 15 days of purchase.

Due to reasons of hygiene, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for gifts, reward points redeemed items, or special discounted items.

Fashion Apparel

We accept returns of unworn clothing items with the original tags, packaging, and receipt if initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

Due to reasons of hygiene, all swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part.

How to Return

  1. Submit a Return Request at bradoria.returnscenter.com with your order number.
  2. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
  3. Please allow 5–7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. Once inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (usually another 2–3 business days depending on your bank).

How to Exchange

  1. Submit a Return Request at bradoria.returnscenter.com with your order number.
  2. In Step 3, select Exchange and describe the product name, size, and color you'd like.
  3. You are responsible for the cost to return the unwanted item, plus a flat shipping rate of $4.99 for the replacement (continental US).
  4. If the exchange item is part of an order that qualified for our $249 free shipping policy, the replacement ships free.
