How to wear

Worn right, every piece works harder.

Half the comfort of a bra or shapewear piece comes from how you put it on. Watch the video, follow the steps — five minutes of technique earns months of wear.

Full-body shapewear

How to wear full-body shapewear.

Shapewear lives or dies on the lift. Take an extra minute at the seat, hip, and shoulder — the piece will sit clean, breathe better, and last longer.

  1. wear 101

    Step into the legs.

Slide your legs into the shapewear.

  2. wear 202

    Pull up by the seat.

Begin pulling the shapewear up as you twist your hips left and right until the bottom half fits snugly around your waist.

  3. wear 303

    Lift again. Then again.

Lift the lower half as far up as it will comfortably go — pull the leg openings, then the gusset, then reach behind and lift from the seat one more time. Avoids tension at the shoulder.

  4. wear 404

    Slip on the arms.

Slip your arms through one at a time, then reach behind your collar and lift the whole piece up the body to relieve any shoulder pressure.

  5. wear 505

    Bend, scoop the chest.

Bend 90° at the waist. Reach inside the top of the shapewear and scoop your breasts forward so they fit snugly — but comfortably — into the front panel.

A few helpful tips

  1. Your bra can be worn inside or outside the shapewear — it's up to you.
  2. Wear your underwear outside of the shapewear, so you don't have to remove the shapewear when visiting the restroom.
  3. If after putting on the shapewear you still feel stress around your shoulders, repeat Step Four.

Push-up bra

How to wear a push-up bra.

Follow these steps once and the technique becomes automatic — better hold, less mid-day adjustment, longer-lasting fabric.

  1. wear 601

    Fasten low. Spin it forward.

Slip the unhooked bra around your back and buckle it in the front. Turn the bra around, slide your arms through the straps, and pull the bra up.

  2. wear 702

    Bend, scoop, settle.

Slide fingers under the bust line and straps to confirm position. Bend forward 90° at the waist, then use one hand to scoop your breast tissue from the side into each cup.

  3. wear 803

    Tune the straps.

Adjust both straps with both hands — too loose and the cups gap, too tight and they compress. You should be able to slide one finger under the strap, no more.

  4. wear 904

    Check the line.

The centre gore should sit flush against your sternum. Side panels level. No side-boob, no spillage. Raise your arms — the band should not ride up.

The perfect fit checklist

  1. The cups fully contain your bust — no overflow over the cup line.
  2. The band runs straight across your back in a non-constricting way.
  3. The straps fit snugly to your shoulders without sliding.
  4. The centre gore lays flush against your sternum — level and centred.

Hip-lifting pants

How to wear hip-lifting pants.

Lift, scoop, settle — same logic as full-body shapewear, just from the waist down.

  1. step · 1:1
    01

    Step into the legs.

Slide your legs into the pants.

  2. step · 1:1
    02

    Twist and lift.

Begin pulling the pants up by twisting your hips left and right.

  3. step · 1:1
    03

Settle the garter, scoop the seat.

Make adjustments so the garter sits in place and the pants are properly positioned. Scoop your seat into the cups.

  4. step · 1:1
    04

Lift the legs to seat the cups.

Lift your legs on each side to adjust your seat more into the cups of the pants.

A helpful checklist

  1. Check that the pants are evenly covering your lower half.
  2. If they feel tight or restraining, adjust the garter and cups.
  3. If the cups still feel out of place, lift your legs more to settle them.

Waist cincher

How to wear a waist cincher.

Clasp from the bottom up, then settle the band — two steps, takes under a minute.

  1. step · 1:1
    01

    Wrap and clasp.

Wear the waist cincher and start clasping the hooks from the bottom up.

  2. step · 1:1
    02

    Settle and fix the straps.

Pull the waist cincher down to settle in place and fix the straps.
