How to wear
Half the comfort of a bra or shapewear piece comes from how you put it on. Watch the video, follow the steps — five minutes of technique earns months of wear.
Full-body shapewear
Shapewear lives or dies on the lift. Take an extra minute at the seat, hip, and shoulder — the piece will sit clean, breathe better, and last longer.
01
Slide your legs into the shapewear.
02
Begin pulling the shapewear up as you twist your hips left and right until the bottom half fits snugly around your waist.
03
Lift the lower half as far up as it will comfortably go — pull the leg openings, then the gusset, then reach behind and lift from the seat one more time. Avoids tension at the shoulder.
04
Slip your arms through one at a time, then reach behind your collar and lift the whole piece up the body to relieve any shoulder pressure.
05
Bend 90° at the waist. Reach inside the top of the shapewear and scoop your breasts forward so they fit snugly — but comfortably — into the front panel.
Push-up bra
Follow these steps once and the technique becomes automatic — better hold, less mid-day adjustment, longer-lasting fabric.
01
Slip the unhooked bra around your back and buckle it in the front. Turn the bra around, slide your arms through the straps, and pull the bra up.
02
Slide fingers under the bust line and straps to confirm position. Bend forward 90° at the waist, then use one hand to scoop your breast tissue from the side into each cup.
03
Adjust both straps with both hands — too loose and the cups gap, too tight and they compress. You should be able to slide one finger under the strap, no more.
04
The centre gore should sit flush against your sternum. Side panels level. No side-boob, no spillage. Raise your arms — the band should not ride up.
Hip-lifting pants
Lift, scoop, settle — same logic as full-body shapewear, just from the waist down.
Slide your legs into the pants.
Begin pulling the pants up by twisting your hips left and right.
Make adjustments so the garter sits in place and the pants are properly positioned. Scoop your seat into the cups.
Lift your legs on each side to adjust your seat more into the cups of the pants.
Waist cincher
Clasp from the bottom up, then settle the band — two steps, takes under a minute.
Wear the waist cincher and start clasping the hooks from the bottom up.
Pull the waist cincher down to settle in place and fix the straps.
